India as Super Power

Every country in this world is talking about India to be super power by 2020. As an India I feel proud of it and when I look into reality I am little bit of sceptical. For India to be a super power we should improve lot of things in our country and there is lot of work for each and ever Indian. The area to be concentrated by India to be a Super Power are
1. Infrastructure.
2. Research.
3. Immigrations.
4. Corruption.

There are some other fields which we need to concentrate, but the if we implement the above I think rest will automatically achieved.

1. Infrastructure: We should develop our countries infrastructure like Roads, Houses, Collages, Railways, Flyovers, Schools, Universities, sports facility. Every thing in our country is centralised with this more people are migrating from towns and small cities to bigger and larger cities because of this major cities are becoming congested. This creates traffic problem, water scarcity, real estate, transport, education and lifts cost of living and many effects. If every thing is decentralised there will be development in every part of country villages, towns, small cities and bigger cities. We can remove all congestion's from major cities and can create more job for local people and India can become more stronger. Supporting this there should be good road network, develop local infrastructure.
There are many project that are undertaken by Indian government like Metro Rails in all major cities, new Highways construction, IT parks, Industries and many more. But my concern is that, how effectively are those projects planned and developed. Every project should be planned keeping 20 to 30yrs in mind.
This is the top priority for any nation to be a developed country. With well planned infrastructure this include roads, bridges, transport, water, collages, schools, play grounds, etc... If we ignore any of this we can't achieve our goal.

2. Research and Development(R&D): Success of any country depends on its investment on R&D. In my opinion this hold highest priority. R&D makes any country strong in economically and in technology wise. India should invest more on to research side with this we can create our own jobs (will not depend on any country). India got most talented people in the world. You take any sector of science we are in top position. we need to utilize this talent in right time and this is the time. Golden opportunities comes once in life and we should utilize that when door are open for us. India to be a super power our economy should be independent. If we are independent that means we are doing our own innovative products, create our own jobs and our own revenue our own resources.
India should be in a position to create jobs to our nation and to other nations then only we become Super power country. To achieve this we should invest more on research. Each and every government sectors (ISRO, DRDO, BHEL, Military and etc..) should have a research division working for future technologies. Each sector should have talented people only qualification to be on merit.
No only government sectors all private firms should also concentrate on R&D. This firms should know that company can sustain any kind of recession only if your R&D is strong can generate its own work without depending on any county or clients. Indian software giants Infy, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra etc are very good in delivering projects. 99% of those projects come from overseas companies. These Indian companies got most talented people of India if they invest on developing own projects like develop own commercial OS, Tools for project development like clear case, IDE's, Testing tools, social network and many more. Then these companies need not worry on US economy or dependent of any other overseas client. Not only in Software we can create our own research in pharmacy, aerospace and many. These companies should concentrate on Intellectual properties(IP) which is key for any company.

3. Immigrations: Most number of people in world are migrating to other countries in that list India will be in top of the list. Indians will be in top of all the list for most skilled person migrating to other countries from India. Out of those migrants very small number of people are returning to India and investing on companies or starting companies in India. We need these skilled people back in India to develop India economically. It's also our government duty to provide environment to invite our Indians to start companies without any troubles(corruption). We feel proud of our Indians when we hear that they are in good position in NASA, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Motorola etc... But if our government provide good environment in India then we can see our country as Super power.

4. Corruption: This is the most important factor than pulls India away from becoming a super power. I don't see any country or organization or even any family go ahead with corruption involved in system. We need to address this and remove corruption from our system. Now every one is so habituated to corruption that don't even care of it. For our short term goals we compromise our own ideology and even compromise on our next generation future. Initially we might face trouble in following Law but when we get habituated our life will be very easy by following Law.
When we break laws we should not avoid it by bribing instead accept it and face consequences. We should teach our politicians a lesson who ever is corrupted. Educated and non-corrupted person should enter into politics. I heard that some IIT guys entered into politics with good intention in mind. Like that more youth should enter into politics to develop India and remove corruption from our system.

All the above points are interdependent India can't miss or neglect any of above points to become Super Power. This is the time for every one to come together for betterment of our nation and for our future generations. We got lot of work to do to make India as a super power.
